Return Policy
We accept returns on full priced purchases within 30 days of delivery date for either:
A refund, or
Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. All sale items and items bought on promotion are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return Your Item(s)
To process a return, simply email us at sales@acepromotions.com.au with:
your name;
order number;
and item(s) you would like to return;
whether you would like an refund or an exchange
We will reply with instructions as follows;
Option 1:
1. Send item you would like to exchange in a parcel
2. Include a paid return satchel to yourself
3. Include a note with your details, order number and what size is required

Returns Processing
Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at warehouse where possible. Refunds will be issued via the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
Return Shipping
All returns are shipped at customer’s own cost. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our warehouse, as we cannot be responsible until the items are received back in the warehouse. We recommend tracking parcels until safely received at our warehouse.
Faulty Items
Ace Promotions is committed to providing goods of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that an item arrives in faulty condition, please contact us to process your return for replacement. Where items are deemed to be faulty, we will cover cost of return shipping.
Final Sale Items
All purchases of sale items are final. Sale items are sold in “as-is” condition and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
